For 34 years, Jim Walker's voice could be heard six days a week as Dr. Daddio spinning rhythm and blues and soul music on KDKO. Now, after a few years away from the broadcasting world, "the boss with the hot sauce," as he was known in the old days, is back on the air.
Walker, or Daddio, as his fans remember him, returned to radio in March on KKZN-AM 760. "I'm excited about it," said Walker, who has lived in Aurora for the past 20 years. "I'm really enjoying it.“ The show, Talkin' With Dr. Daddio, airs from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays and touches on topics from politics to community affairs.
